I had a gut feeling I’d need more explanation, and that ended up being true. The health marker notes felt vague, so I still found myself Googling most of it to understand what the results actually meant.

Overall, things were fine, but this is where it got annoying: when I got to checkout, there just weren’t many payment options to choose from. I wish they supported a few more ways to pay because it made the whole process feel less convenient than it needed to be.

I’ve used them a few times and the experience has been hit or miss. One order went totally fine, but another one got delayed and customer support took way longer than I expected to respond. Like, if the timing matters, I need the process to be reliable—make it make sense. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t fully count on it for anything urgent.

I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept lagging and my coupon wouldn’t apply correctly. I felt kind of stuck there, like I couldn’t just finish the order or easily back out without losing everything. I did finally get it to go through, but it was way more frustrating than I expected.

Ordering the test was straightforward, but I didn’t feel great about the results. One of the numbers came back way different from a lab test I had done just a few days later, which made me question how accurate it was. Maybe the timing had something to do with it, but I wish they made it clearer what you’re supposed to do if something looks off. I was kind of left guessing whether to retest, contact someone, or just ignore it

I’ll be honest, I usually stick with the lab services I already know, so trying DiscountedLabs.com felt a little weird at first. I wasn’t sure if I was making the right call, but the site was simple to use and nothing about it gave me a bad feeling.

"Easy enough to deal with"
I had a good experience with DiscountedLabs. Logging into my account was simple, and updating my info didn’t take much effort. I was also able to find my old orders without digging around forever. I did have one quick question about my profile or whatever that part was, and support replied fast. Nothing over the top, it just did what it was supposed to do. 5 stars from me.

I’ve had to redo labs a couple of times, maybe 2 or 3, and the process has been simple each time. Not much hassle, which I really appreciate when it’s just repeat testing

"Prices didn’t really feel like a deal"
I tried DiscountedLabs.com because I figured the whole point was getting lab tests for a noticeably lower price. The site itself was fine and easy enough to use, so it’s not even about that. I just didn’t feel like the prices were as good as I expected. Some tests still seemed expensive, and a few were almost the same as prices I’ve seen elsewhere. It wasn’t a bad experience, but if saving money is the main reason to use it, I was a little disappointed...

I wasn’t a fan of how the pricing was laid out. At first it seemed like one price, but later it felt like other fees or costs came up that weren’t obvious to me. Maybe I overlooked something, but my sister looked at it with me too and we both thought it could’ve been clearer.
For lab testing, I just want to know the full total upfront without having to guess. The actual service might be fine, but the lack of clear fee transparency really bothered me. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless the costs were shown more plainly from the start.

"Not gonna lie, the result alerts were annoying"
Not gonna lie, I did get my results, but the notifications were confusing and showed up late. I ended up having to keep checking on my own, which was kind of frustrating.
